Open the zyxa app, tap a service category (Plumbing, Electrical, AC Repair, etc.), describe your need by voice or text, and providers near you will send you quotes. Compare, accept the best offer — your booking is confirmed instantly and the provider heads your way.
ZYXA collects only a small Assurance Fee at booking (10% of the provider's quote, capped at ₹99 GST-inclusive) via Razorpay or Cashfree. The provider's service fee is paid directly by you to the provider after the job is done — via UPI, GPay, PhonePe, or QR scan. ZYXA never holds the provider's earnings.
Go to My Orders → tap the active order → tap Cancel. Cancellations made 3 or more hours before the scheduled time get a full refund of the Assurance Fee. Under 3 hours, the fee is non-refundable. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a provider cancels late or no-shows, you receive a full refund of the Assurance Fee plus a ZYXA Assurance Credit equal to the Assurance Fee deposited to your wallet. The provider is penalised. Your next booking is on us.
Download the zyxa app, sign up, go to Profile → Become a Provider, and complete Aadhaar KYC verification. Once verified, you can start receiving job requests in your area. There are no joining fees, no subscriptions, and no commission deducted from your earnings.
Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. If it's been more than 60 seconds, tap "Resend OTP" in the app. If the issue persists, email support@zyxa.in with your phone number and we'll resolve it quickly.
